Web Scraping and Lead Generation Automation for B2B Teams and Agencies

We build scraping and enrichment pipelines that turn public business data into validated, segmented prospect lists delivered straight into your CRM, continuously. One system we run has delivered 50,000+ AI-validated B2B leads to a sales team that was building 200 a week by hand, letting its SDRs stop prospecting entirely. Built with Python, Playwright, Selenium, BeautifulSoup and AI enrichment; a single-source scraper starts at $500 and a full lead engine is $2,000 to $5,000.

What the pipeline does

StageWhat happens
ExtractScheduled collection from the agreed public sources with Playwright, Selenium or plain HTTP, with pagination, retries and rate limiting handled
ValidateEach record checked against your ideal customer profile by rules and an AI step; duplicates and poor fits removed
EnrichCompany details, decision-maker role and publicly listed contact channels added from secondary sources or enrichment APIs
DeliverClean, segmented lists into your CRM, Google Sheets or outreach tool, on the schedule your team can actually work
MonitorOutput validation and alerts, so a layout change at the source never silently produces an empty list

A result from a system running today

A B2B sales team was spending 40+ hours a week building prospect lists by hand, about 200 leads a week, with quality that depended on who did the research. We deployed a multi-source pipeline with AI validation and enrichment. The team has since received 50,000+ validated prospects automatically, the SDRs redirected all of their time to outreach and closing, and pipeline volume grew eightfold without new hires. The write-up is in the case studies.

Other scraping systems we have built

  • A multi-browser competitor price monitor tracking prices continuously across several browser environments.
  • A DTC competitor analysis tracker feeding a structured Google Sheets system.
  • Property and marketplace listing extractors feeding agents' CRMs.

We build on public data only, respect the source's terms and rate limits, and say no to anything involving private personal data. If a source cannot be scraped responsibly, we will tell you before you spend a dollar.

How a project runs

  1. Free 15-minute call: who you sell to, where those companies are listed publicly, and how your team follows up.
  2. Fixed quote the same day: Starter ($500 to $1,500) for one source, Growth ($2,000 to $5,000) for a full engine.
  3. Build, sample, adjust: you review the first batches before the pipeline runs on schedule.
  4. Handover or run it for you: documentation, alerts, and optional monthly monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

What is automated lead generation?

A system that finds prospects matching your ideal customer profile from public sources, checks and enriches each one (company details, decision-maker, contact channels where publicly listed), removes duplicates and bad fits, and delivers the list into your CRM or sheet on a schedule, without a person researching each lead.

Is web scraping legal?

Collecting publicly available business information is widely done and generally lawful when it respects the source site's terms, rate limits and applicable privacy law. We only scrape public data, we do not bypass logins or paywalls, we respect robots rules and rate limits, and we decline jobs involving personal data people have not made public. We will tell you on the call if a source is off limits.

Which sources do you work with?

Public business directories, Google Maps listings, marketplace and property listings, competitor and supplier sites, job boards, and industry databases with public pages. The source list is agreed per project.

How many leads can the system deliver?

It depends on the size of your target market, not on the software. The 50,000+ figure above came from a continuous multi-source pipeline over months. We size the pipeline to your sales team's capacity to follow up, because a list nobody calls is worthless.

How much does it cost?

A single-source scraper with clean output is a Starter project, $500 to $1,500. A multi-source engine with AI validation, enrichment and CRM delivery is a Growth system, $2,000 to $5,000. Proxy, enrichment-API and AI usage costs are billed to you at cost and quoted up front.

My current scraper stopped working. Can you fix it?

Yes, that is one of the most common requests. See our web scraper fix page, or book the call.

How do web scrapers work?

A scraper requests pages the way a browser does, reads the HTML or the site's internal API responses, extracts the fields you want (name, address, price, phone, listing details) and writes them to a sheet, database or CRM. Sites that render in JavaScript need a headless browser such as Playwright. We add proxies, rate limits and retries so the job runs reliably every day, and validation so bad rows never reach your CRM.

Can web scraping be detected or get you blocked?

Yes, if it is done carelessly: hundreds of requests a minute from one address, no delays, and a missing or fake user agent get rate-limited or blocked. Production scrapers run at a polite pace, rotate addresses, respect robots rules and terms, and fall back to an official API where one exists. That is most of the difference between a script that worked once and a pipeline that runs for months.

Can you scrape websites with n8n?

For small jobs, yes: n8n's HTTP Request and HTML nodes can pull a page and extract fields on a schedule, and we use that when the source is simple and the volume is low. Sites with login, JavaScript rendering or anti-bot protection need a Python or Playwright scraper; we then trigger it from n8n so the results flow into the same workflow and CRM.
