Website Not Working, Broken or Slow? We Fix It Today
A site that is down, throwing errors, loading slowly or broken after an update is a diagnosis job first. We find the cause on a short call with your hosting and site access, give you a fixed quote the same day, and fix it. We work on WordPress, Shopify, Next.js and custom sites, and on the hosting, DNS and Cloudflare layer in front of them.
What we check first
- Hosting, DNS and SSL first: an expired certificate, a DNS change or a full disk takes a site down more often than code does.
- Server and application logs for the first error after the last change.
- Recent plugin, theme, app or dependency updates, and whether rolling one back resolves it.
- Speed: page weight, image sizes, render-blocking scripts and caching, measured with Lighthouse before and after.
- Forms, checkout and tracking, which break silently and cost the most.
What you get
- The site working again, with a written note on the cause and what we changed.
- A backup taken before any change, and a rollback path.
- Optional ongoing maintenance: updates, backups, monitoring and a monthly check.
How it works
- Book the free 15-minute call or email us what is happening. You hear back the same business day.
- We diagnose on the call with screen share or read-only access, and you get a fixed quote the same day.
- You share access, we fix it, in your accounts and on your servers. You keep ownership of everything.
- You get a short written note of the cause, the change, and how to stop it recurring.

Frequently asked questions
Which platforms do you fix?
WordPress, Shopify, Next.js and React sites, plain HTML sites, and the Nginx, Cloudflare, DNS and VPS layer underneath them.
Can you make my site faster without rebuilding it?
Usually yes. Image compression, caching, removing unused scripts and fixing render-blocking resources account for most slow sites. We measure with Lighthouse before and after so the gain is visible.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. After the fix we can take over updates, backups and monitoring on a monthly basis, quoted on the call.
Why has my website suddenly stopped working?
The usual causes, in order: an expired domain or SSL certificate, a hosting plan or server that stopped (unpaid, out of disk, crashed), a plugin or theme update that broke the site, a DNS or Cloudflare change, a database that is full or corrupted, or a hack. The error on screen narrows it down fast: a browser security warning is the certificate, a 500 or white screen is code or database, and a blank page with no error is often DNS.
How do I know if my WordPress site is hacked?
Redirects to other sites, pages you did not create, spam links in your content, new admin users, warnings in Google Search Console or your browser, and hosting emails about malware or outgoing spam. Check the users list and the recently modified files on the server, and scan with a tool such as Wordfence or your host's scanner. Many hacks keep the site looking normal to the owner and only show for visitors who arrive from search.
What should I do if my WordPress site was hacked?
Take a full backup first, even of the infected site, then change every password (hosting, WordPress admins, database, FTP), remove unknown admin users, restore a clean backup from before the hack or clean the files, update WordPress, themes and plugins, and request a review in Google Search Console if a warning shows. Then close the way in: a vulnerable plugin, a weak password or an outdated version. We do this as a same-day fix when you cannot.
How long does it take to fix a crashed website?
A single cause such as an expired certificate, a broken plugin or a full disk is usually back within hours of getting access. A hacked site or a corrupted database can take a day or more, because cleaning and verifying matters more than speed. We tell you which case you are in on the first call.
